The Transportation Division is comprised of professional engineers and certified personnel who provide a wide range of transportation-related services, including:

• Roadway design
• Roadway drainage/hydraulics
• Land development engineering
• Pedestrian/bicycle facilities design
• Structural engineering
• Traffic engineering and transportation facility and infrastructure support for state, county and local municipalities throughout the State of Maryland

EBA’s transportation projects range in scope from major interstate roadways to local municipal streets and consist of new facilities, facility extensions, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of transportation infrastructures. Highway and transportation design software is utilized extensively to meet client needs and provide efficient services.
