State Highway Administration Plats and Surveys Division
As part of its on-call contract with the Maryland State Highway Administration, EBA provided surveying services and CADD processing, including topographic surveys for roadway capacity improvements; noise barrier design; streetscape surveys; hydrographic surveys; and environmental studies, such as flood plain cross section surveys and wetland delineation.
