With multiple survey crews, EBA offers a broad range of surveying and mapping services to clients in the private and public sectors. The Division maintains a full-time staff of licensed surveyors, and survey technicians who are skilled in a variety of disciplines, including boundary, control, construction stakeout, and topography. Drawings and plats can be prepared in AutoCAD or MicroStation formats, and all field work is recorded in an electronic field book to ensure accuracy. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and total station equipment, the field and office crews provide the following types of surveys and/or drawings:

  • Boundary/ALTA survey
  • Planimetric surveys
  • Topographic surveys
  • Construction surveys
  • As-Built surveys
  • Ground control for aerial surveys
  • Right-of-way and easement documents
