EBA provided geotechnical investigations and prepared reports, including recommendations for the proposed building foundations, parking lots, roads, and stormwater management facilities. EBA also conducted consultation services during the site construction and design/build process for the buildings.

FEDERAL HILL PARK SLOPE STABILIZATION
Baltimore, Maryland
EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) provided geotechnical engineering services to determine the cause of the recurring slope failures at Federal Hill Park and to develop recommendations for repairs to stabilize the north and east slopes. The north slope rises more than 60 feet from the Inner Harbor area to the top of Federal Hill. Federal Hill Park is a significant historical landmark in the City of Baltimore, which provides a panoramic view of the City and the Inner Harbor.
