EBA’s Civil Engineering Division provides:

  • Site evaluation and feasibility studies
  • Site development master planning
  • Site infrastructure design
  • Storm drain and stormwater management studies and design
  • Flood plan studies and design of flood control facilities
  • Site utility design
  • Erosion and sediment control plans

The engineering personnel includes experienced designers and CADD operators, who prepare presentation material to clarify design choices. Site plans and conceptual design plans are presented in formats which help decision makers understand and justify choices among design alternatives.

EBA’s goal is to work in an efficient manner, while providing the most effective and economical solutions to the engineering problems of its clients.
